   We are a 5 minute drive from the border of Vancouver City proper (just across the Fraser River on the Knight Street bridge), a 10 minute drive from downtown Richmond, less than 10 minutes from the international airport, and about 20-30 minutes from downtown Vancouver, depending on the traffic.
