God has gifted us with freedom so that we can learn to love. Freedom to love people and freedom to love God. However, if we see everything that happens as controlled by God we’ll tend to blame God (at least subconsciously) for the evil and suffering we see. But we’ll consider an alternative way of looking at how God interacts with the world—Open Theism.
