Our Passover Lamb

Across these predictions, Jesus reveals cruciform power — strength expressed through sacrifice, surrender and service. He leads by example, embracing suffering for the sake of others. Though this way of power appears weak and ineffective by worldly standards, it carries the power to unmask and ultimately defeat the forces of evil and death that prevail in our world. It breaks the power of evil and sets us free. At Easter, we celebrate what the freedom looks like.
